These terms govern use of ShiftMesh, operated by Zoe Ophelia Holdings LLC.
ShiftMesh is a marketplace that connects businesses with hourly workers for shifts and job openings. ShiftMesh is not the employer of any worker. The business that accepts a worker for a shift is responsible for employment, wages, taxes, insurance and legal compliance, as acknowledged at signup.
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be at least 16. Certificates are self-reported unless marked verified.
Joining is free. Businesses pay a 6% service fee on each filled shift, charged to the saved payment method through Stripe. Optional paid plans may be offered later with separate terms.
No harassment, discrimination, fraud, fake postings, or attempts to avoid fees. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.
